You start by running a Java applet that produces a tiny control window where you can specify whether to talk about the whole display, an application, or a custom made region. If you talk about your whole display, participants can see a navigation bar with information about you based on your preferences, the title of your meeting, the dial-in number, and a chat window (if you’ve authorized one). You also receive a list of participants, also MeetingBurner enables you to create any among them the presenter–though that person must download and run the screen-sharing applet.
Drawbacks? MeetingBurner’s interface is cluttered and not always intuitive.
